Royal Honey SkinFood Toner

sorry no post for longtime cause ive been so busy at work and got home in very tired always -_- lol.
this time i want to write review abt SkinFood Royal Honey Toner. I just got the sample in a bottle of 5ml toner and other sachet of same line cream. after use the sample then i buy the full bottle, well u can consider it that im in love so much with this sweety toner ^.^ Royal Honey line from SkinFood.

my skin is super sensitif combo, this toner is intended for dry skin. but i dont have any problem at all with thi stoner, no breaking out and not dried skin out.

according to SkinFood:

A treatment toner with royal black honey and royal jelly extracts that hydrates and transforms skin into a nice honey-glazed complexion.

how to use:

well wat can i say more, this is so cute. honey toner in a cute sweety bottle. it comes in 150 ml size - can last for 4-5 month i guess. it has a bottle lid on top so u had to pour it into cotton pad, but dont worry, it easy to control how much u want to pour the toner.

scent: 5/5

100% like honey, so mild and pleasant i like.. ummhh i adore it >.<

texture: 5/5

its like a gel but not so runy, it s easy to wipe in my face. eventought texture like gel but its not sticky, when applying it, i goes all to my skin, and feels like my skin drink it all. then i can touch my skin feel so smoooth after usage. i have very very sensitif skin, but this toner do not feel any stung to my skin. FYI, i ever used loccitain tonner - red rice, OMG its a disaster to my face, so stung and make skin irritated.

price: 5/5

not too expensive as i buy it online :P if u go to store, then it is higher price, and compare to my old toner SKII this one is more budget friendly lol. i dont mind for the price of this toner. its 20 USD / 175K IDR if buy online.

today i will post my before after (very closed up >.<) photo of using my another BB cream from skinfood, Good Afternoon Tea bb cream line, and mine is the apple cinnamon one which accordin to skinfood can whiten skintone~

this is after shower, wash my face with skinfood parsley and mandarin mild foam, i got redness on cheeks X( damn it post acne marks!!! and i found a little pimple in my upper lips area this morning, another hecka :'( huhuhu

 this is after using SK II facial clear lotion (toner), -> skinfood gold kiwi moisturizer cream -> skinfood black egg pore primer, and finaly skinfood good afternoon tea bb cream apple cinnamon #1 light, see the bb cream give me dewy looks effect..

buckwheat loose powder

and for finishing touch of my daily make up regimen, i use buckwheat loose powder #1 transparent from skinfood, will post review for this soon ^___^

Black Egg Pore Primer - The SkinFood

now i want to share my opinion for  'Black Egg Pore Primer' from brand (always =P) The SkinFood.
first lets talk abt the name given to this primer 'Black Egg'.  I really dont have any idea what is black egg, 1 thing comes in my mind is rotten egg when hear black egg ehehe, but trust me this primer no eggie smell at all,, it has a nice mild floral (jasmine???) scent instead. i give 5 out of 5 for scent rating!

according to The Skinfood:

A pore-smoothing makeup primer that immediately turns into a velvety matte texture to effectively conceal enlarged pores and fine wrinkles.
Your skin will look as smooth and firm as a freshly hard-boiled egg white.

here we go for my rating...

packaging: 5 / 5

this primer packaged in egg shapped bottle with crystal color white on bottom with black gradation to the top, it looks very elegant and can up my mood for make up ^.^ when packaging is ugly then lazy to use them, agree girls? let me admit that packaging is a silent persuade of buying decision even when we not yet rilli sure abt the product inside (okay at least for me, the packaging suck >.< )
the egg bottle is inside the yellow plastic bag when we buy.

the egg bottle is completed with pump on top, make it easy to get the right amount and keep it hygienic. every time i use this primer, i only need small amount, the pump is easy and convenient to use.

texture: 5 / 5

this primer form is a transparent gel, not very watery but also not oily or sticky. it is very easy to blend evenly on skin without unpleased left feeling. it didnt give me break out or dried out skin also, almost all skinfood products works well on my combo sensitive skin.

mattifying: 4 / 5

yes this primer doing good in mattifying skin. my moisturizer cream left a bit sticky on face after when just applied. this primer solve my problem, when this applied, my face turn to matte immediately. then its more easy to glide my bb cream after it smoothly. i cant live a day without bb cream!!!
but bad news is the mattifying effect is not really last longer, my face get bit oily after few hours (like 2 or 3 hours.) condition this statement in Air Conditioning room, would be different story when outdoor  more over i live in hot humid jakarta climate >.<

conceal enlarge pores and wrinkles: 2.5 / 5
at this point, i only give 2.5 out of 5. why?? this primer not rilli conceal my pores. i do have enlarged pores on cheeks area, this primer help nothing to conceal them. it only do for smoothing and velveting my skin, then apply bb cream is easier to blend and glide sooo smoothly.
fine wrinkles??(not yet have wrinkle at the moment ^^) so i can not give rating~

price: 5 / 5
i purchased this for 115K IDR (12 USD) in online shop, skinfood local store always have high price tag!! dats why i always purchase skinfood online ;P
i think the price is worthed for this primer, not too expensive^^

its not day i dont like this primer, i just want to try another primer. hihi. i like to random try korean skin care, they are drugs! 1 is never enough >.<
i do recommend this primer for you who wants bb cream application so smoothly glide, but dont expect for conceal your pores, definately no~

this black egg pore primer comes perfectly in packaging, scent, texture. doing good in mattifying and velveting my skin face which then allowing bb cream to glide smoothly.
minus point is in conceal enlarged pores, nothing is done for this statement by this primer. my enlarged pore is still visibly there -_-

nah above is after I applied thin layer of BB cream, today I use Red Bean BB Cream Skinfood #1 light, the bb cream application give me sheer coverage, still look like my skin but just in better condition ^^v

Salmon Dark Circle Concealer Cream

Helo pretty reader,

now I have come to my dark circle concealer review, humm actually i dont really have dark panda eyes, but yes it still darker compare to my face skin. so to make it even i use this concealer.

what SkinFood website said for this product:

After applying foundation, dispense an adequate amount and then gently tap onto dark circles around the eyes.

 

Packaging: 4 / 5

it comes in small pot packaging with turning cap and content 10 gr. this packaging is like all classic classy skinfood products.  i like this the packaging, looking so elegant and it got my heart!! ^^ also i always think this concealer content can last for whole my life because only very slight ammount in my finger tips can cover my dark eyes circle

cream texture: 4.5 / 5

it is very thick concealer cream, and my trick for it, i rub my fingertips to palm before tap the cream so it makes the cream melt easily and then tap gently on my dark circle area, only a very slight ammount do for my dark circle, and of course i dont want to have looks like panda reverse :P

i apply this concealer to face after perfectly cleansed after moisturizer and under my bb cream. this concealer comes in 2 shades, light and natural, mine shade is always light ^^

why i dont give 5? humm, thin layer do lighten my  dark circle area, but yet it can not cover perfectly. let me explain clearly abt this, when i only have a glance see my reflection in mirror after this concealer i didnt see my dark circle anymore, but if i pay attention to see, yes it still there. perhaps to make long story short, it is look natural, no too much make up look, still look like me with better skin tone. maybe u asked why i didnt tap more, hummm, who want be racoon look in reverse? ^.^ because this concealer even when apply thin layer really white tone up my skin

scent: 5 / 5

even the name is salmon, but dont imagine it got fishy smell. it is like jasmine scent, so mild and nice.

lasting: 3 / 5

it can last abt 4 hours when applied in face with condition in air conditioning room, i have combo skin and oily arround eyes. perhaps it is less durable in outdoor with hot weather or sun exposure.

price: 4 / 5

i purchase this online for arround 90K IDR (10 USD) but in skinfood locak store is always much more expensive, its arround 28 USD.

overall rating: 4 / 5

this is good dark circle concealer cream, it lighten up my dark circle and i love the mild jasmine scent. even its not perfectly HD coverage but im satisfied enough, remind the price is not too expensive ^^v

Red Bean BB Cream ~ The Skin Food

helloo all sweety dearest, here I go with my second review this morning

it will be about BB cream (again), from my lovely brand The SkinFood, named "Red Bean BB Cream"

The Packaging: 4 / 5

this bb cream packaged in maroon tube bottle size 40 ml, it looks more classy and elegant (compare to good afternoon tea BB cream, check my previous blog)
packaging is involved too much to decide buying product and more over for skin care, agree girls? ^^v
this tube contain lots cream enough so i think 1 tube can last for 1 year (perhaps) if i use it every day in morning.
the cream just out if i squeezed, so i have to careful when squeezing to get ammount just right as i want.
anyways it comes with tiny bottle hole, so cream never go out too much,, nothings is out for wasted :)

what The Skinfood said abt this:

cream texture: 5/5

its light but a bit thicker than good afternoon tea bb cream, it also blend easily without leave any stain in face, it goes perfect become my second skin, no oily and greasy feeling, this is no special looks effect, not dewy and also not matte, so its perfect if you want a very natural look second skin without too much make up obviously.
like all skinfood bb cream series, it is also comes with 2 shade, light and natural, mine is light, it is flattering with my skin tones perfectly. this cream is more to pink, while good afternoon is more to yellow.

it is more than medium coverage, so maybe let say it is medium-high, its like the skinfood state, providing flawles natural coverage even when applied in thin layer. well wat else i can say, this statement has clearly explain wat i experienced from this bb cream.

nourish and moisturized: 3 / 5

for me it is just so so, no special nourishment i feel after using this bb cream, and this bb cream is less hydrating than the good afternoon tea one, but i still dont mind bcause i still use my daily moisturizer under bb cream, gold kiwi cream ^.^

UV Protection: 4/5

it is includes SPF 20, it can gives me protection from Jakarta hot sun even still at 8.30 in morning, I get sun exposure every morning in my way to office.

the lasting: 3.5 / 5

it can last for 6 hour in my face skin with buck wheat loose powder for finishing, fyi, i have combo skin and everyday im in full air conditioning office.

price: 4/5

it is not expensive product, i but abt 125K IDR (13 USD) but in online shop ^^ , it is not available in skinfood local store in Jakarta.
 

repurchase: maybe no

the same reaseon ^^V  -> i satisfied enough with this product but i still have more bb cream list i want to try, hehehe i am easy to tempted to try new product and easily bored with just one :( , and i also ready order The Face Shop power perfection bb cream directly from Korea online seller, will make review soon ;)

this bb cream works well for me, give me natural flawles coverage, natural looks, blend as my second skin. it is also good to use as daily make up regimen, but not if you need perfect HD make up finish and last for day. this bb cream is just a light make up to give u better look skin but still look like ur skin and can not hide any major acne or scars.

in this post i will share my review for BB cream, Good Afternoon Tea Apple and Cinnamon from (again) The SkinFood

The Packaging: 3.5/10

it comes in 30 ml tube (very ordinary!!)bottle , its convenient enough, size is small and easy to carry on when i go travelling, the tube mouth also so tinny hole and the bb cream didnt out if i not squeeze them, so no product is wasted ^.^

its very light texture and very easy to blend in to skin without leaving stain or heavy look. its just like become my second skin without feeling greasy, oily, or sticky. this bb cream have 2 shades light an natural. mine is light shade #1, im NC 20~

i take the picture with flash to make the applied bb cream more obvious in my skin, and now im sure u can see the applied bb cream on my skin pretty clear hehe

coverage: 3.5 / 5

it is just medium coverage, it can cover my face redness but not my major acne prone. actually for me this is good for daily use (go to office or go for dinner), it looks very natural and not very obvious if i wear make up, it just look like my skin but in much better condition. it  brings dewy look effect which i like so muchhh. now i won't leave home without bb cream ^^

whitening: 3.5 / 5

im not sure if its really whiten my skin, actually i didnt notice my skin become more white with this bb cream use, this cream comes in SPF 36, its pretty good to protect u from UV attack, im very concern abt this, i always use SPF product as i live in Jakarta with much sun exposure, get pigmented cause of sun is horrible for me ehehehe ^^

detoxify impurities: 3 / 5

i didnt notice any improvement in my skin for this statement.

this bb cream is satisfying enough for me, it give natural dewy looks, medium sheer coverage, didnt break out my sensitive skin and didnt dried my skin out. but it only last for abt 5 hours in full air conditioning room. it is good if you want natural look for daily make up but not if u want full make up with perfect coverage and lasting for day!

Gold Kiwi Cream ~ The SkinFood

this is my first post and im going to write my review for Gold Kiwi Cream from my fave korean skin care brand, The Skinfood,
i have been using this for abt 1 month until i decide to have my own blog for review,  OMG i have to admit that damn! korean skin care is drugs, im very fans of themmm~
ok back to gold kiwi cream review, below is the packaging:

 

nah as you see it has a classy and elegant packaging as all skinfood products used to have!! it comes in yellow-white color glass pot and its cap like kiwi skin color with skinfood angel logo.

and what the manufacture said abt the product:

Moisture-rich skin-whitening GoldKiwi Cream restores and renews your skin from deep under, using a substance found in goldkiwis.

cream is white in medium level richness, it has very kiwi like scent till i want to lick it ehehehe #whyieatlikeeverything! >.<, dont said i didnt warned u, it is very kiwi sweet scent, and for me its nice scent, im not alergic to scent as long as the product works well on me and not irritated my sensitive skin.

when i apply it each morning, it has to wait abt 2 minutes until its fully absorbed. yes it is fullllly absorbed and nothing left like greasy or thick feeling..

moisture-rich : 4/5

yes it is rich enough i feel my skin hydrated and moistured (in enough portion) not too greasy or oily or sticky. its good to use this as morning cream, apply this to clean face after face toner. its brighten up my morning with kiwi sweet scent~ hummm i can feel the kiwi taste when i write this >,<

this product didnt mention anything abt oilcontrol, but for my combo skin it didnt make me oily even more and also didnt dried me out, so its pwetty OKay for me.

skin-whitening : 4.5/5

 yup as i said before i ve been using this for abt 1 month, i noticed my skin more white and clear than before.

renew your skin : 3.5/5

humm this part im not sure, but perhaps it also works and dats why i noticed my skin in clearer look (hehehe, only 70% sure)

 i purchase this for 178K IDR (20 USD) from online shop, in skinfood store it is like 25 USD.

expensive enough compare to other skinfood cream (parsley and mandarin, lettuce cucumber, etc) but i dont mind if the cream works well on my skin in moisturizing and whitening and didnt break me out (paranoid for this!)

my pro and contra for this product~

pro : 

1. packaging, yesss im sucked for packaging even more when it comes in cute, classy, and elegant shape. it also easy to take the cream with my finger tips.

2. cream works well with all function as the manufacture promises (moisture, whitening, and renew skin)

3. scent is nice very like sweet kiwi, i use this as my morning cream, and it energize me when i smell it in morning before go to work ^^

contra:

renew skin from deep under???? as i said, im not pretty sure with this statement.

nah dats all from my toughts for Gold Kiwi Cream, i will back with another korean skin care products. i still have long list for them ^^v
